Gamification & Progress

Build streaks, level up, and track your content creation progress.

Streak System

Your streak counts consecutive days you've created content. Click on your streak counter to see celebration animations at milestones (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 25, 50, 75, 100 days).

Tip: Your streak is maintained even if you delete content, so you won't lose progress accidentally.

Level System

Earn 10 XP for each content entry you create. As you level up, you'll unlock new titles:

  • Level 1-10: Blue tier (Content Newbie → Engagement Expert)
  • Level 11-25: Purple tier (Content Curator → Content Overlord)
  • Level 26-50: Gold tier
  • Level 51+: Pink tier

Progress Ring

The circular progress indicator around your avatar shows how close you are to the next level. Hover over your level title to see how much XP you need.

6

Backup & Import Data

Safely backup your content and import data from other sources.

Exporting Data

Click the settings icon (⚙️) in your profile section and select "Backup data". Choose a workspace and export format:

  • JSON: Complete data with all details, perfect for backups
  • CSV: Spreadsheet-friendly format for analysis

The exported file includes workspace name, user info, and all content entries with their publish status.

Importing Data

From settings, select "Import data". You can:

  • Import JSON or CSV files exported from PrepContent
  • Download templates (JSON or CSV) to fill in manually
  • Import will automatically create or use the workspace specified in the file

If you have existing content in that workspace, you'll be asked to confirm merging the data.

Data Safety

All your data is stored locally in your browser using IndexedDB. Regular backups ensure you never lose your content calendar.
