By accessing and using PrepContent, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

PrepContent is a content calendar planning tool that allows you to:

• Organize and schedule your social media content
• Manage multiple workspaces for different projects
• Track your content creation progress with gamification features
• Export and import your content data

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your device and browser
• Backing up your data regularly using the export feature
• Ensuring that any content you create complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Not using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Data Storage and Loss

PrepContent stores all data locally in your browser using IndexedDB. We are not responsible for:

• Data loss due to browser cache clearing
• Data loss due to browser or device issues
• Data loss due to browser updates or changes
• Data loss if you switch browsers or devices

We strongly recommend regularly exporting your data as a backup. We cannot recover lost data.

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That the service will be available at all times
• That all features will work on all browsers or devices

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

6. Intellectual Property

The PrepContent service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the content you create using PrepContent. We do not claim ownership of your content.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use PrepContent:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrepContent and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or other intangible losses
• Data loss or corruption
• Service interruptions or unavailability

Your use of the service is at your sole risk.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Since all data is stored locally, termination of service access does not affect your stored data unless you clear your browser data.
